All recipes make two servings. You can use any healthy nut, seed or fruit topping on your drink. My personal favorites are sesame seeds, walnuts and basil seeds.
Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
Baby spinach – 2 cups (Raw or blanched)
Banana – 1
Apple – 1
Almonds – 5-6
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Yogurt (plain or flavored) – 1 cup
Filtered water – 1 cup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl away!
Green Bell-Pepper (Capsicum) Blend

Ingredients
Green Bell Pepper (Seeded and chopped) – 1
Navel Oranges (Peeled) – 2
Coconut Oil – 1 tbsp
Filtered water – 2 cups
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and you know the rest! 😀
Kale Whirl

Ingredients
Kale Greens – 2 cups (Raw or blanched)
Pear – 1
Green Apple – 1
Banana – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Filtered water – 2 cups
Directions
- Blend all ingredients at high and make a puree. Enjoy! 🙂
