Gushing Green Smoothies || Chaitime

Do you have 5 minutes to spare in the morning? ‘Cause that’s all the time you need to make these amazing green blends! Perfectly simple to make, these healthy blends will boost your energy and give your day a fresh start. 🙂

Plants contain phytonutrients that help boost your imune system and keep you healthy throughout the year. Leafy greens are natural energy boosters. They aid weight-loss. They are packed with antioxidants, essential vitamins and minerals. Bonus: it takes only 5 minutes to make a green blend and it is super-tasty! Enough science. Let’s get blending! 😀

All recipes make two servings. You can use any healthy nut, seed or fruit topping on your drink. My personal favorites are sesame seeds, walnuts and basil seeds.
